  Q1. How can I get to the Kyoto Station from the Kansai Airport?
     
 
  A1.
Fastest & Easy way (Recommended Way!)---JR Limited Express "Haruka" 2,980yen (for non-reserved seat): 75mins. 06:29-22:18(every 30mins)
*We recommend you to buy JR-Kansai Area Pass at Kansai Airport. It cost 2,000yen(1day) and you can ride on Haruka's non-reserved seat (2,980yen: You can save 980yen!).
Note: You may only make one purchase of this pass during your stay in Japan.

Easiest way (door to door)---Yasaka shuttle taxi 3,500yen per person: 100mins (Do not take normal taxi, it's cost a lot.)
     
 
  A3.
Easy & Cheap way---Airport Limousine Bus 2,300yen (Return {within 14days} 3,800yen), 105mins(depends on the day) 06:00-22:00 (every 30-60mins)

*We are really sorry, we do not have a pick up service.



  Q2. When is the check in time etc?

  Q3. Can I leave my luggages before checking in/after checking out ?
     
   

Yes. You can leave your luggage for the day for free. (between 8AM and 10PM. )
* Overnight luggage storage --- 300yen per luggage/night




  Q4. Do you have a safety box/a locker?
     
    Yes. We have a safety box near the front desk.



  Q5. Can I pay by credit card?
     
   

No. We take Cash and Traveler's check.
*You need to submit your credit card information upon confirming a reservation through the internet.




  Q6. Do you have special rate for children?
     
    We are really sorry, we have no discount for children. The price remain the same as adults.

* We understand that some HOTELS do not charge for children. So if this policy does not suit for you, you can check out hotels in this site (please ask by yourself).



  Q7. 1:Do you serve breakfast? 2:Do you have a equipped kitchen?
     
 
  A1.

No, we don’t serve any meals here.

But there is a convenience store and coffee shop, restaurants in walking distance

     
 
  A2.

No. We have only a small simple kitchen with a microwave and a kettle.

There is no stove in the kitchen.



  Q8. Do you provide linens and towels?
     
   

Linens are included. (sheets, blankets and pillow cases are equipped).
--- Not only bedding but also Soap, Shampoo and Hair Dryer are equipped.
But towels are rental ( large one is 70yen and small one is 30yen)




  Q9. Do you have a car parking lot?
     
   

No, we dont, but there are some coin parking lots nearby.

(8AM-10PM 100 yen/20mins. 10PM-8AM 100 yen/1h)
